I found Dhillon’s Building Services by chance and out of 4 companies I spoke to I felt Dhillon’s was the one for me. It was important for me to find a builder I could have full confidence in as I’ve worked with many builders in my time some good but some terrible ,and when you loose confidence any suggestions they make you feel they are trying to cut corners and you start checking there work this then becomes a full time job for me , not good. In short with Dhillon’s I grew to have full confidence in them making my job basically non existent which was exactly what I was looking to achieve.
The Guys from Dhillon’s Building Services completed two refurbishments with loft conversions and single storey extensions for us, they were excellent in all aspects from helping us design parts of our project and going out of there way to maximise our potential.

My first experience of Dhillon was as an immediate neighbour. Very impressed with the care they took. They ensured that their scaffolding did as little damage as possible, and afterwards restored my garden. Dhillon were working in the road for many months, because several home-owners saw the quality of the workers and their work, they asked them to work on their houses too.

The team at Dhillons Building Services worked for us a number of projects before we entrusted them to carry out the complete refurbishment and extension of our home. All their teams are incredibly hard-working but they also understood the restrictions of working in a conservation area and even ensured that they maintained good relations with our neighbours throughout the works. Inevitably, there were some changes to the architect’s design and the team at Dhillon’s worked closely with us to ensure that we still managed to achieve our objectives and in some instances, they even managed to improve on the original design.
